• Payment Processing: We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway to process payments securely. Your usage of the payment link is subject to Razorpay’s user terms.
• Authorized Use: Payment links are generated specifically for the services offered by Creativ Music Group. Unauthorized sharing, misuse of these links, or using them for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details. Creativ Music Group is not liable for unauthorized transactions arising from your negligence.
• Refunds/Chargebacks: Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Creativ Music Group in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see below).
