Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility For Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, refund eligibility is strictly defined as follows:

  • 100% Refund: Granted if a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Service Failure: A 100% refund is issued if we fail to deliver the digital service as described in the service agreement.

2. Initiating A Request

To initiate a refund, please contact us at labelservices@creativmusicgroup.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Services that have been successfully executed (e.g., music delivered to stores, marketing campaigns initiated, or PR placements secured) are ineligible for a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, orders are classified as “In-Process” and cannot be retracted.
